Services:
- Full Refund: We will offer a full refund for any service that is not completed due to reasons within our control. This includes situations where we cannot obtain the necessary parts or if a qualified technician is unavailable to complete the requested service.
- Partial Refund: If a service is partially completed and you are not satisfied with the results, we will offer a partial refund based on the value of the uncompleted work.
- No Refund: We will not offer a refund for services that are completed as requested and to your satisfaction.
Parts:
- Full Refund: We will offer a full refund for unopened and unused parts within 7 days of purchase, provided you have a valid receipt.
- Partial Refund: A partial refund may be offered for opened or used parts, at our discretion. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering factors like the condition of the returned part and the reason for the return.
- No Refund: We will not offer a refund for parts that are correctly installed but malfunction due to a manufacturer’s defect. These parts will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
