Cancellation policy

Cancellations with Prior Notice:

• Full Refund: We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 7 Days business days before your scheduled appointment.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 10 Days business days of your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the estimated service cost.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 20 business days before your appointment or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the estimated service cost.

Exceptions:

• We may waive the cancellation fee in extenuating circumstances, such as a documented medical emergency. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
